Sean is super responsive and answered all of my (many) questions. He kept calm even under triple RFE, having confidence in the case. Emily is also responsive, and working a lot, often available even outside of regular work-hours. PROS: - Truly amazing legal points, and response to the RFE from a ...legal standpoint. - Speed mostly depend on the filer, as they tend to work quite fast - They send it without a letter, so the priority date tends to get locked in quicker. It might trigger an RFE, however, even with the letters you still might get a generic RFE back, however then you might not have additional evidence to provide to reply to the RFE. - Very responsive, and provides good guidance. CONS: - In the case of an RFE, if you think the letters should help, do include them to strengthen your case since you can should know how to best represent your proposed endeavor. Even if the advice is not to you can still do it. Also I would avoid from using the template letters since they do not include relevant information to replying to the RFE. Instead you would need to draft your own.

Sean and Emily were outstanding throughout my EB2-NIW process. We initially chose regular processing because the Visa Bulletin was not current for filing my I-485, and later they guided me to upgrade to premium processing at the right time. They were always attentive, responsive, and careful with ...my case timeline.
