Just based off the consultation, high reviews, and his approach to my brief description of the OWI, he knew what and exactly how to handle it. He broke all the steps down. Thanks to Jeff Maynard and his team, I am now driving again with full privileges back. It is nothing short of a miracle. My arrest was four years ago, and I should have hired Jeff from the start. Over a four year period of representing myself, I had gone through sobriety court, been an active memb...er of AA, did my time with a breathalyzer in my car. When it came time for me to apply for my full license, the state did not give it to me. Even worse, they REVOKED my restricted driving privileges and said it would be another year before I could get a restricted license back; another two before I could have full privileges. That's when I called Mr. Maynard. Again, without Jeff's help I would have been facing another two years without a driver's license, and I depend on my transportation for work. Jeff and his team assisted in getting me a hearing date (which the state had already denied when I applied without representation). They met with me before the hearing so I was prepared for the questioning, and they helped me build my case. Within two months of working with Mr. Maynard, I had my full driving privileges back. I am a free man today! If you are reading this, do not try to do it on your own, and do not go anywhere else. This was my second DUI in a three year period. There is no doubt in my mind that if I had worked with Mr. Maynard and his team from day one, I would have had my license back years ago. The last four years have not been easy for me, but the last two months of working with Jeff have been. I am so grateful for my new lease on life. Thank you!!!!

Jeff is an unbelievable lawyer and coming from a guy who doesn't trust or like lawyers . Bottom line I was looking at 0-15 years jail time on a habitual felony DUI and he got me 25 days in jail and 1 year probation for me what a gift. So far EVERYONE I have run into same case same deal 2 years jail t...ime 10 years probation 1 year in jail 5 years probation the least I saw was 6 months in jail 3 years probation no one I talked to got my deal NO ONE!!!!!!! He always kept in touch and he never was late or missed a court date "I was shocked" and fought to the bitter end and to be blunt the only person that DID NOT see his genius was myself. I will always be grateful to Jeff. I'm TELLING you HIRE this man he's no joke he GETS IT DONE. Just do what his team says and you will see what I'm talking about. It's hard enough to live in Michigan make it easier by having the best representation Michigan has to offer when your in trouble and you will see what I'm talking about.

Maynard agreed to represent me for $3200 on a DUI 3rd offense. We had a payment plan agreement in which I kept all of my payments on time over a period of 6 months with the exception of two payments which were 1 week late due to some financial difficulty I was having; and maynard was not understandin...g at all, he pitched a holy fit! But during the 6 months of court proceedings, he never showed up once, instead he sent his so-called associate mr carlson who had no idea what was going on with my case. Although he slipped in the idea that he would send an associate if he could not attend court, but I hired him (maynard) to do the job, not carlson. My sentence was rescheduled because maynard didn’t show up, nor did he send an associate; at this point, all payments were up to date, and the judge got angry because I did not have an attorney present for sentencing. The judge had his clerk contact maynard to make sure he would be present for the rescheduled hearing for the following week, and guess what? Maynard still did not show up, but he had a court appointed attorney who was hanging around to represent me. The judge said on the record that he would definitely hear an ineffective counsel motion. DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY HE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I HAVE OFFICIAL COURT DOCUMENTS TO VERIFY EVERYTHING MENTIONED IN THIS REVIEW INCLUDEING MONETARIAL TRANSACTIONS.
