A native of southeastern Michigan, Dylan attended college at Michigan State University in East Lansing and after transferring to Siena Heights University, earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration in 2004. While attending college, Dylan was a licensed Realtor® and also worked rehabilitating distressed properties. Dylan attended law school at the University of Detroit Mercy, graduating and gaining admission to the State Bar of Michigan in 2008.
Dylan began his practice in late 2008, primarily in the area of consumer bankruptcy, both chapters 7 and 13. That practice has grown to include representing creditors and consulting with other attorneys about bankruptcy issues their clients face, both as potential debtors and creditors. Dylan holds a Certificate of Completion in the areas of probate and estate planning issued by the institute of Continuing Legal Education and the Probate and Estate Planning Section of the State Bar of Michigan. He has drafted estate plans for clients ranging from the most modest of estates, to those in excess of the federal estate tax exemption that require significant planning. He also represents small residential and office condominium associations, ensuring they keep in compliance with the applicable statutory requirements and those found in their bylaws. Dylan also represents plaintiffs and defendants in civil litigation throughout southeastern Michigan in both state and federal courts.
Dylan is a resident of Canton, MI with his wife and two children.
