I was also worked with Michelle Geisher regarding my case; Michelle is very quick in thinking and finding solutions for things which you think that cannot have a solution; Michelle brainstorming procedures work very well during the handling of my case; Personally I enjoyed Roger professionalism and Michelle brainstorming and it works very well towards my case; therefore their combination helped me to win my case despite it complications around it. From the bottom of my heart I would like honestly to take moment to thank Roger with his assistant Michelle for their great job in solving my immigration case when I was processing the remove of condition in my marriage. I remember Roger and Michelle told me to relax when they were in brainstorming process in replying back to immigration officer who was asking for more documents in my case; I can share with you my case was a bite complicated but there is no hard thing in legal issue which is hard for Roger and his team in my case was Michelle and it was seen so easy. Because of Roger and Michelle I was so relaxing by knowing that I have a great team which was working for my case I was really motivated, impressed how they handled my case as theirs; and the feedback was presented to me on every step which shows that they are responsive, very prompt every time when I had concerned. I highly recommend Roger and Michelle to represent any one when it comes to USCIS cases; because they solved my complicated case; Once more time I am grateful for Roger and Michelle for guiding me through the removal of my marriage conditions status; On behalf of my family; I would like to thank Roger and Michelle for the accomplishment of my case and my case was approved.

First of all he has a flat fee, which makes it less confusing for everybody. Second of all, he as well as his whole office crew did a wonderful job putting my paperwork together (everything in chronological order) for when I was applying for my I-751 Removing Conditions. It took imigration two years ...to answer to my request. Mr. Roger also went with me to the interview after the two year period, which was very helpful! Very prompt every time I had a question they will always call me back right away with an answer or even email me with an answer or both. He definitely knows what he is doing!

First Roger Rathi helped me to obtain my citizenship. USCIS had denied it at first, but Mr. Rathi was able to get a new decision. They also quickly filed petition for my wife and get it approved very quickly. They were spot on with submitting the correct documents. I had change my status from green... card to Citizenship they helped me with that, also with changing the same status on my wife’s application. They paid all the fees which made the process go after, then I pay them back through a payment plan. They have a really good payment plan (very beneficial) and affordable. Disadvantage: Expect to pay more than the attorney fees. In my case we agree upon an initial fees but that didn’t include travel expenses, outgoing mail expenses, wrote a letter for my travel abroad charged $300 for that, I didn’t know that was extra till I saw the charge on the statement, my wife didn’t get the green card after 60 days she arrived so they called USCIS or filed a case online and for this they charged $50. They won’t check the case status and USCIS is really bad at sending documents about what to do next. I had to call USCIS at least 25 times to know what to do next and that way I can inform them that DS260 is ready to get filed and we have to call them and remind them about sending documents so I had to call USCIS at least 25 times to know what to do next and the wait time is at least 1 hour. But overall really nice attorney’s and really good at what they are doing. Thank you so much for all the help.
