Hands down, Mr. Rathi is THE best Immigration Lawyer. He is incredibly professional, no nonsense kind of person who gets down to business and resolves his clients complex immigration issues. Mr. Rathi is also well known and respected in Immigration Law community and represents his clients in the best... possible way. He was easily accessible at all times and is willing to speak with his clients if they have any questions (unlike many Attorneys who once they are retained abandon their clients). He even gave us his personal cellular phone and answered any questions we had. For clients who cant afford to pay his fees at once there is a monthly payment set up to take the stress of paying it all at once. Frankly, I was pleasantly surprised at how easy everything was with Mr. Rathi. Everything he told us was absolutely how it happened. It took us about 5 months to receive Green Card. I came on a consultation with attorney Mr. Rathi in a summer 2016. I wanted to know how long do I need to wait to be eligible to apply for a citizenship after having 2 OWI cases and lost driving privileges. I told him that I need to wait one year to have a hearing with a Secretary of State to obtain ...a driving license that could take another year to receive (two years total). At the same time, Mr. Rathi has convinced me that I still can apply now at U.S. Department of Citizenship to get U.S. passport. And, he has asked if I have my paycheck book on me. I have trust Mr. Rathi and agreed to pay him his attorney’s fee. However, that was a scam. By a law, in my case, I have to wait 3 to 5 years to be eligible to become a citizen. And, ofcourse, I should already have a driver’s license back and finish all problems with MI Secretary of State. U.S. Homeland Security Department hasn't received all necessary paper work from Mr. Rathi office. And, he didn't even bring it to my interview with immigration officer. I have to obtain all missing documents on my own. And, later, I was horrified to receive a bill from Mr. Rathi for these missing documents that he didn't provided ( I have gotten them even I have paid him for it before). However, Mr. Rathi still didn't complete documents package and just sent it over again (I have to pay 2nd time for shipping and handling). Immigration officer has no any single chance to approve me for a citizenship and he has to grand me a denial. Plus, I have been ordered to wait 5 more years before applying for citizenship again. Mr. Rathi has refused to return my money for the case that he has opened in a wrong time and has not even provided all supporting documents to U.S. Department of Citizenship for me to just have some chance to be approved.

Took my case and assured me he can take care of it. After waiting 6 months, told me I need to spend more money to get an additional attorney. Mind you, within this 6 mo period, I always had to contact them to get an update. Then I found out later, they haven't even spent any time on my case aside... fromfew hours.... There was no paper trail that they have done any work. I SIGNED UP AFTER READING ALL THE POSITIVE REVIEWS. I AM STARTING TO THINK THEY MIGHT NOT BE AUTHENTIC. CLIENTS BEWARE.
