Biography

Michael J. Morse is a personal injury attorney with offices located in Southfield, (Oakland County) Michigan. He began his education at the University of Arizona where he earned a Bachelors of Science in business. He graduated with honors in 1989, and then earned a Juris Doctor Degree Cum Laude from the University Of Detroit School Of Law.

From 1992 through 1995 Mr. Morse was employed with a medium sized personal injury law firm. Then, in September of 1995 he opened his own firm and today proudly employs 150 legal professionals. The Mike Morse Law Firm is now THE largest firm in Michigan specializing in automobile, truck and motorcycle cases. The firm also handles catastrophic construction accident cases, significant dog bite cases, FLSA, FELA, defective hip cases, nursing home cases, complex medical malpractice cases, police brutality matters, maritime cases,and will help clients with social security matters.

Mr. Morse frequently lectures throughout the State and Country. In addition to serving as legal counsel to his clients, Mr. Morse also serves as a case evaluator and arbitrator in Wayne, Oakland and Macomb counties.

I was blown away by the professionalism of Michael Morse's law office. Whenever I called, I was able to speak to someone about my case and they always had time for my questions. I know they have a very busy firm and thousands of cases but I always felt like a top priority. Plus, the results of my cas...e was beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this lawyer.

did not do what they say

the communications was poor the fees were too much to have said they only get paid if I get paid only got 85% of my wages and then they got 20-30% of that was told the insurance co. made offer then all of a sudden the case was closed without explanation still having issues with injuries sustained fro...m motorcycle accident would not recommend the firm to any one else because of my experience.

Left us high and dry

We hired this law firm to represent our elderly mother that was injured in a head on car crash. They told us to collect medical bills but when we called they informed us that the person working on the case was on maternity leave. After more calls we were told they would most likely settle out of cour...t in the Fall. Then came the letter dropping the case altogether. Once the insurance company knew they dropped the case my mother received no home modifications or any compensation at all. Now when I hear all of these TV adds it is extremely upsetting knowing they do not follow through. By the grace of God our mother is still with us even after going into hospice after the accident. Look elsewhere for someone more reliable.

Not recommended

I hired Mike Morse law firm in a car accident claim. I was not happy with the attorney Julia who was not good at communicating and when I informed mike morse he did nothing and my case was dropped. Again I hired mike morse to take my case and I do not recommend him nor was I a satisfied client. Th...is is my opinion only. Thank you.
