I enjoyed working with Scott McFarland and everyone else at Michael Morse, P.C. The office is clean and nice and the staff is joyful. My case was handled quickly and I was kept informed throughout the entire case. Attorney Scott McFarland was up front and provided direct answers to all my questions.... Just finished up my lawsuit the other day with Michael Morse and I must say it went better then I ever thought it would. At first it started off slow but just like anything in life if you want it done right you have to take your time. I found by listening to Mr. Morse and his staff my lawsuit had to ...go in steps to get to the point it did. My case was not an easy one to deal with but they stayed strong and worked many hours on my case. If I didn't hire Michael Morse's law firm I know I wouldn't have had a harder working firm working on my case as I did with them. As for the staff there they were GREAT!!! from the time you call and that sweet caring voice of Jami Rooney asking how may I help you to Stephanie Byrd making sure my wage loss was being paid on time, That and she made me laugh and made me feel like she really cared about me and my medical issues. I dealt with a couple of the lawyer beside Mr. Morse and let me tell you if you get the chance to work with Don Cummings and Marc Mendelson then you have two of the hardest, caring, pit bulls working on your side to make sure that everything is done right and your case will be handled with nothing but professionalism. I know if I ever needed them again to take care of my case ever again I wouldn't think twice because they did a GREAT job for me. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know who has been in an accident. When I was struk my a car while walking across a shopping center parking lot, finding a lawyer was the last thing on my mind. Several later, I heard of Mr. Morse and decided to check him out. His credentials appeared solid, so I decided to place my trust in him. I'm no expert on the law, nor do... I pretend to be. However, I did know I wanted to get through this legal process with the feeling that some kind of justice was served. I wasn't looking to reap a fortune, but rather I wanted the medical bills paid and a reasonable settlement for my injuries. All through the legal process I was kept informed. When the insurance company submitted a low number, we fought back. Soon we won. I hadn't sought every penny possible, but I felt I came away with a fair amount. I am quite satisfied with how things turned out.
