Biography

Michael J. Morse is a personal injury attorney with offices located in Southfield, (Oakland County) Michigan. He began his education at the University of Arizona where he earned a Bachelors of Science in business. He graduated with honors in 1989, and then earned a Juris Doctor Degree Cum Laude from the University Of Detroit School Of Law.

From 1992 through 1995 Mr. Morse was employed with a medium sized personal injury law firm. Then, in September of 1995 he opened his own firm and today proudly employs 150 legal professionals. The Mike Morse Law Firm is now THE largest firm in Michigan specializing in automobile, truck and motorcycle cases. The firm also handles catastrophic construction accident cases, significant dog bite cases, FLSA, FELA, defective hip cases, nursing home cases, complex medical malpractice cases, police brutality matters, maritime cases,and will help clients with social security matters.

Mr. Morse frequently lectures throughout the State and Country. In addition to serving as legal counsel to his clients, Mr. Morse also serves as a case evaluator and arbitrator in Wayne, Oakland and Macomb counties.

Won my case at trial

Great Job!

After my car accident there were points where i was freaking out but they were always there for me. Everyone is super friendly and so nice. The insurance company hasn't been very cooperative but they stay right on the adjuster, always fighting for me. So glad my Mom told me to call Mike!

Just my opinion

When I was struk my a car while walking across a shopping center parking lot, finding a lawyer was the last thing on my mind. Several later, I heard of Mr. Morse and decided to check him out. His credentials appeared solid, so I decided to place my trust in him. I'm no expert on the law, nor do... I pretend to be. However, I did know I wanted to get through this legal process with the feeling that some kind of justice was served. I wasn't looking to reap a fortune, but rather I wanted the medical bills paid and a reasonable settlement for my injuries. All through the legal process I was kept informed. When the insurance company submitted a low number, we fought back. Soon we won. I hadn't sought every penny possible, but I felt I came away with a fair amount. I am quite satisfied with how things turned out.

Rip-off Lawyer

This was the worst law firm I ever went to……. They treat you nice the first day and then they become very RUDE. If you ask them to help you all they say is… be and ADVOCATE for yourself… so they basically told me to go figure out everything on my own and they were going to take the percentage out of ...what I get. They told me not to look for a job because the insurance will pay for everything. After 6 months of maxing out my credit card they told me I don’t have a case, and that they were going to close my file. So I got left with nothing but debt. They don’t look out for anyone but themselves. If they think they can make money off you they will take you case, if they won’t make a lot off you they will keep you a while and then kick you to the curb………ITS HAPPENED TO ME!!!
