Biography

Michael J. Morse is a personal injury attorney with offices located in Southfield, (Oakland County) Michigan. He began his education at the University of Arizona where he earned a Bachelors of Science in business. He graduated with honors in 1989, and then earned a Juris Doctor Degree Cum Laude from the University Of Detroit School Of Law.

From 1992 through 1995 Mr. Morse was employed with a medium sized personal injury law firm. Then, in September of 1995 he opened his own firm and today proudly employs 150 legal professionals. The Mike Morse Law Firm is now THE largest firm in Michigan specializing in automobile, truck and motorcycle cases. The firm also handles catastrophic construction accident cases, significant dog bite cases, FLSA, FELA, defective hip cases, nursing home cases, complex medical malpractice cases, police brutality matters, maritime cases,and will help clients with social security matters.

Mr. Morse frequently lectures throughout the State and Country. In addition to serving as legal counsel to his clients, Mr. Morse also serves as a case evaluator and arbitrator in Wayne, Oakland and Macomb counties.

My Experience with Mike Morse Law Firm

Although there were some changes in attorneys assigned to my case, including the last attorney, Matthew Bates, who I only spoke with briefly on the introduction day and before my medic...al exam (during which he provided an incorrect contact number), the team's dedication was evident. For the ladies on the front line of this law group

I Had to send a letter into the firm to explain my version of what happened the day of my accident. When I had my first interview with the attorney I was assigned to, other than informing me of the status of the case, he never once discussed anything with me as to what actually happened. If it where... not for those hard working girls on the front lines who helped me out with my medical issues I might have considered going elsewhere. Thanks ladies, don't know what I would have done without you. I would only recommend, because of the special ladies that anchor this law firm.
