Upon reading a few nagtive reviews a few months ago I'll admit I was a little sceptical but I honestly dont believe any of the bad reviews I have read because Adam has surprised me in this whole lemon law process and did exactly what he said he was going to do. At the beginning he said "I will try to get you every bit of money back I possibly can" he assured me he was going to work this case and fight for it. Yes it took work on both sides he waited for documents on my part and i gave him exactly what he needed when he needed. At some times I tried to contact Adam and if he wasnt able to respond or answer he made sure to either call me back the next day or that week. He is very easy to work with and very informational. Got the case closed within half the time he said it might take. I would have been happy for FCA to just take this lease off my hands but not only did Adam got me out of lease but also got me back every cent he said he would.
