Biography
My practice focuses on family law matters which include divorce, child custody, child support, parenting time, spousal support, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements and post-judgment matters. My criminal practice includes traffic violations, minor in possession offenses, drunk driving offenses, assault and battery, domestic violence, retail fraud, financial and fraud related crimes, driving while license suspended, drug charges, weapons charges, violations of probation and related criminal matters.
In addition to family law and criminal defense, my practice also includes state and federal civil litigation, landlord tenant matters and business formation proceedings.
I am admitted to the State Bar of Michigan and the United States District Court for both the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan.
