Biography
I focus my practice on business and real estate. This includes both litigation and transactional matters. My litigation practice focuses on lawsuits involving breach of contracts, shareholder/partner disputes, employer and employee conflicts (enforcing employment agreements, protection of trade secrets, and claims for embezzlement and conversion), and actions relating to real estate title and mortgage issues. On the transactional side, I focus on representing parties in the lease or sale of commercial real estate, drafting operating/partnership agreements, and equipment acquisition and financing.
I am a member of the State Bar of Michigan and admitted to practice in all state courts as well as the US District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan and the US Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
