Great hearted and flexible lawyer

He’s a great lawyer. We have a sort of uncle nephew relationship I call him uncle James every time I see him! Haha but besides the point very understanding. I am in school and whenever I get a traffic ticket he is very understanding with how hard it is having to pay for school that he will usually gi...ve me a 25-30 dollar discount at minimum, as well as take care of my ticket in a timely fashion. His wife Nancy is a great loving lady and they respect me and treat me as Family. Be honest with James upfront and he will take care of you. Don’t blow up his phone, he allows you to have multiple consultations if needed and from there own out let him do his thing and he’ll have you happier then ever.

Great Lawyer

Jame's analytical ability and years of experience enable him to provide thoughtful, thorough, and, most importantly, practical legal advice regarding a wide variety of benefit law issues. He listens carefully to client questions and comments and he responds quickly and clearly with analysis and advic...e aimed directly at the issue. James has defended my brothers in various cases, from civil to criminal. Hes a great lawyer.

A kind hearted man

He is a great lawyer and has helped me with multiple cases from traffic all the way to criminal . He fights for what's right. He isnt a perfect person just like most of us arent. But he's a good hard working guy and does his best for his clients.

Williams

My boyfriend was wrongfully accused of a Car Jacking and I was referred to James. I was too way to desperate to not give him a chance. Initially, I thought he did not care about helping me or my boyfriend however I took it upon myself to gather all the evidence I could in order to convince him that h...e will not be wasting his time. When I met with James the first time, he told me for the type of case my boyfriend had he normally charged $20,000+ dollars. I didn't even have the $650 for my rent when my boyfriend got arrested. However, he worked with me and all of my assumptions were wrong. James does care, he'll do his part as long as you stick to yours. People fail to realize this is his career, if you do not pay him, you're wasting his time. He charged me a total of $2,500 and to this day I feel like he undercharged me, but he is such a down to earth lawyer he charged that $2,500 and did everything I wanted him to do for my boyfriend. My boyfriend initially had a 100,000 bond with no 10% and had been in jail for all of 6 days before James got him a 50,000 PERSONAL bond with a tether, just to bring him home to me. We worked very close with James, did whatever he advised and he listened to us as well. Then on the final court date, the case did not get bonded over to trial but dismissed in the Preliminary Exam. It's not the Defense's attorney's job to keep anyone out of jail or prison, it is the Prosecutor's job to put that person in there. James provided 12 pieces of evidence plus during cross examination of the victim and leading detective, and proved that my boyfriend was not the correct offender. I don't care how many lawyers are favored by the majority, I don't think anyone could have left me more satisfied and relaxed during this case than James L. Galen Jr. I'm forever grateful and I wish I was rich so he could have gotten that $25,000 from me, because he deserves it.

The Best

Represented my son in a Felony matter 3 months ago. Couldn't ask for a more knowledegable attorney, kept my family informed as to what was happening. Very down to earth, a people's lawyer. Very friendly staff at his office who were willing to go the extra mile for my son, Mr, Galen really was exc...ellent during the trial and showed us that there is justice in our legal system.
