Beverly represented me at the appeal level with an Administrative Law judge on a phone hearing. She was direct and to the point and asked me all the necessary questions to win my appeal. She had me to prepare myself ahead of time with my dates and times which came in handy because when the judge ques...tioned me I didn't have to fumble around for my answers I KNEW THEM. I was owed 13 weeks of back unemployment.......yep she's awesome and I would recommend her to anyone.

If you are unemployed and looking for an advocate to represent you at your hearing please cross this woman off your list. Seriously stay away from her you will regret choosing her. She is very unprofessional and not helpful at all, I lost my case because she wasn't prepared, in the middle of my hea...ring I wanted to stop stand up and say "please judge I want to fire my advocate, please let me represent myself!". I would have been better off going on my own to the hearing at least then I would've had a chance at winning. I am not a person to bad mouth someone else and I give credit where credit is due but I feel so strongly about my overall experience I had to warn others. There are some good reviews on here from other clients but those must be the clients that actually paid her out of pocket because the phrase "you get what you pay for" is so right when it comes to this advocate, I paid 0 dollars for 0 help. Even if I would have won I would still come on here and try to persuade others to choose another advocate if they really want someone helpful and professional.
