I told her my story and she responded “That is not cool” on my behalf. I thought an advocate job was to defend me? Not be a mother. She caused me to worry even more about my case. She also told me “you should get another advocate” Multiple times and THATS NOT COOL! I got another advocate and Thank ...God I did!

I was very pleased with the representation Ms. Lochard gave me for my unemployment appeal case before the Administrative Law Judge. She eased my mind with her extensive knowledge of the process, thoroughness, attention to detail and professionalism. She made sure myself and my witnesses were well pre...pared for the hearing and that we knew what to expect. I was also very impressed with how quickly I always received a call or email back from her. I did end up winning my case. I highly recommend if you are looking for an advocate or hired lawyer that you consider Ms. Lochard.

If you are unemployed and looking for an advocate to represent you at your hearing please cross this woman off your list. Seriously stay away from her you will regret choosing her. She is very unprofessional and not helpful at all, I lost my case because she wasn't prepared, in the middle of my hea...ring I wanted to stop stand up and say "please judge I want to fire my advocate, please let me represent myself!". I would have been better off going on my own to the hearing at least then I would've had a chance at winning. I am not a person to bad mouth someone else and I give credit where credit is due but I feel so strongly about my overall experience I had to warn others. There are some good reviews on here from other clients but those must be the clients that actually paid her out of pocket because the phrase "you get what you pay for" is so right when it comes to this advocate, I paid 0 dollars for 0 help. Even if I would have won I would still come on here and try to persuade others to choose another advocate if they really want someone helpful and professional.
