Beverly Greene Lochard

Beverly provided support and representation for my unemployment appeal hearing. My case was one of voluntary separation, in which an employee bears the burden of proof to show that the leave was not due to their own volition. Beverly did an excellent job of assisting me in highlighting the poignant... points of the separation, which we reviewed during a prepatory briefing. During this briefing, Beverly took time to ensure I was clear and concise with my information being provided to the administrative law judge and ensured I was ready for the appeal hearing. She was very patient with and knowledgeable in answering questions I had. She also shared with me what to expect during the appeal hearing. Beverly attended and served as counsel during the actual appeal and ensured that the judge heard pertinent case information in order to make an informed decision. As a result of the hearing, the original denial of the UIA was reversed and I know that I would not have been as successful at the hearing had it not been for Beverly’s guidance and support. Beverly was quick to respond to emails and phone calls and was an overall pleasure to work with.
