Highly Recommended DUI Lawyer

Mr. Caldwell "saved my life". He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and caring during a time that was really frightening for me. I cannot express the amount of gratitude I have for Mr. Caldwell's assistance during this horrible time in my life. I have come out on the other side able to contin...ue my career and move on with my life because of his help and knowledge. Outstanding Legal Representation

Mr. Caldwell was outstanding representing me in a 2nd offense OWI charge. With incredibly detailed knowledge of the law and legal system, he executed a defense which ultimately led to a not guilty verdict from a jury. From start to finish Mr. Caldwell maintained frequent communication and was confide...nt, reassuring me of the direction the case was proceeding. I would recommend him to anyone seeking legal representation; I cannot thank him enough.

Ian Caldwell

Ian was attentive, professional, and considerate. He took the time to get to know me and my family, then presented my case in a professional, informed manor. As a result of Mr. Caldwell's proficient attention to my matter, he was well received by the prosecutor as well as the judge; consequently my... case was dismissed.

Attorney Caldwell was referred to me by some friends of mine and I'm forever greatful they did so. My dealings with Ian Caldwell were dealt with in geniune and professional manner, that led to me getting the results I desired. I went into my particular situation with a great deal of stress, but afte...r working with Attorney Caldwell I found that many if not all of those stresses went away. OWI causing Series Injury Accident

This was a very serious case, lasting over 2 years. Mr. Caldwell was involved every step of the way, keeping me informed as the case worked its way through the legal system. Mr. Caldwell worked hard to ensure the best possible outcome for my family and me, and was truly concerned about me, and the ...impact to my family.
