Terrific Experience

Ian was extremely helpful to me in getting my license back after my second DUI. It has been over ten years since I have driven and I almost started to give up on driving altogether. After contacting Ian I started to regain hope. He made the whole situation a lot- less nerve-racking than I originally ...expected. I definitely recommend Ian!!

True attorney for the people! (Real Fighter)

Ian Caldwell is one of the best attorney's I have ever retained. I have retained Ian on a few cases in the past from traffic to criminal. Every time my nerves and stress levels are thru the roof but Ian reassures me that everything will be ok. Ian takes care of his clients and he goes above and beyon...d to assure you are satisfied with his services as well as sharing his knowledge and info on the laws. I would defiantly recommend Ian to anyone needing legal help or advice. Ian is the type of attorney that is a fighter and actually cares about his clients. I was very blessed to be able to meet and retain Attorney Ian Caldwell. He is the defination of a attorney who works and fights for his clients freedoms.

Awesome attorney

Ian is definitely the only reason I got my license back after my 2nd OWI offense that I received almost 7 years ago. His knowledge of the appeal process was amazing and if it wasn't for him I would've been very ill prepared for my hearing. Trust me if you're in the same situation I was in I strongly ...suggest using Ian as an attorney, he helps your chances greatly of winning your appeal and he will not disappoint.

Ian saved my professional career!!!

After making a horrible mistake one evening which resulted in an OVI charge, I was recommended by a friend to contact Mr. Ian Caldwell. From the beginning, he was attentive, understanding, and extremely helpful. I explained to him that I held multiple professional licenses and that a conviction wi...th my state board could result in me losing my professional license and cost me my career. Ian was always available to me, quickly responded to my emails and phone calls, and always provided me with accurate and up-to-date information. He was ultimately able to reduce my charges and the OVI was dropped. HE IS A FANTASTIC ATTORNEY!!! I would recommend him to anyone who is facing a DUI or OVI. He is reasonably-priced and WORTH EVERY PENNY!! HE SAVED MY CAREER!!!

Very professional

When looking for an attorney in Oakland County, Ian Caldwell came highly recommended. He offered excellent representation and gave me a very good rate. Even though it was just a misdemeanor case, Ian put a lot of work into it and was extremely well-prepared for trial.
