Aida Spahic

I was charged with a first offense minor in possession and have never been through the court process or in the system before. Ms. Aida Spahic was extremely helpful and pleasant to be around and have walk m through the whole process. She is an exceptional lawyer and every aspect of my case was handled... perfectly and professionally. Everything she is doing is great and I am very grateful to have had her as my lawyer. Aida represented me for driver's license reinstatement (which I got back on my first hearing - I got my response back in 6 days, which is FAR faster than the standard) - she was EXTREMELY thorough and patient - answered all my questions/what-ifs/etc., spent time going over everything to prepare me as... much as possible. She took notes every time we met - and was never judgmental or condemnatory w/regard to the specifics of my drinking history). She promptly followed up on all my concerns, and checked in to make sure I was prepared (i.e., she stayed in constant contact with regard to the things I needed to do, and to update me on her progress throughout). Before the hearing, we went over everything all over again, which was great, as she had a prepared series of questions for me to keep in mind for the hearing - which went exactly the way she prepared me. She was reasonable - money wise, but even more so than that, she treated my case with what seemed to be sincerity & genuine support to my understandable anxieties and interests. I don't think lawyers come any better than her! BIG PLUS!!!! >>>>>>>> She ISN'T one of those lawyers that you have to hound down to make sure they're actually doing what you're paying them to do - I believe she really loves what she does, so she consequently does an incredible job. <<<<<<<<<<<<<< P.S. She's gorgeous - so, that helps too (i.e., others in the legal community seem to really like her, so you'll probably have a better chance - just reality speaking).

I had been charged with a felony possession charge which was new and scary for me. Aida made me feel comfortable right away and easy to talk to. She always kept in contact with me, and explained the process every step of the way. I was sentenced to 15 months probation with the ability to have th...e charges not on my record after successfully completing probation. Shortly after sentencing I needed to move out of state. The interstate transfer was denied. I again asked for help from Aida. With her hard work and determination she was able to get my probation terminated early so I was able to move. Aida is an amazingly hard working lawyer who genuinely cares about her clients. I highly recommend her to help with your situation.

I am a Rochester Hills resident and Aida Spahic helped me regain full driving priveledges following two DUI charges. I am very pleased with Aida and her efforts on my behalf. Particularly, her attention to detail and diligence are a winning combo for her. At times, frankly, she went layers deeper ...than I thought were relevant but indeed these items did come up at hearing. Without her focus on these details i would have likely floundered and been simply unprepared. Bottom line is, she knows her stuff and is a hard worker with a keen eye for embedded details that others may overlook. I could ask for nothing more.
