I provide clients with a different legal environment than they may have experienced inn the past. My focus is on helping clients make the best decisions that meet their unique interests. I take the time necessary for each client to understand the choices available to them and ALL of the consequences for those decisions.
I understand that each client has unique problems and unique needs. I take the time to get to know all of my clients and their issues; then devise at least two or more plans to improve their present situation. I do not dictate to my clients by forcing them into any plan that does not meet their best interest. Bankruptcy is not the only option, and I will aid the client in learning all options and the risks and rewards for each.

Communicates extremely well in laymens terms. Consulted with other attorneys for more information. Very thorough in asking me questions and obtaining minute, but important details that my previous attorney missed. Very timely with meeting deadlines. Keeps me well informed. Has explained my chance...
"Bryan is a very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional attorney. He is also an IT pro. When they say: a talented person is talented in many areas, they surely mean Bryan. Highly recommended."
"I endorse this lawyer. Mr. Stillman gave one of the best explanations concerning negotiations with a debt collector that I have seen on AVVO or the other answer boards, and i have been a regular contributor on many for 4 or more years."
"I endorse this lawyer. I had the honor of working with Scott at a NACBA bankruptcy conference. I was impressed with bankruptcy knowledge and the dedication he has for his clients."
