Very knowledgable, digs deep for answers, excellent communication, assistant Jolynn is as good as Scott

Communicates extremely well in laymens terms. Consulted with other attorneys for more information. Very thorough in asking me questions and obtaining minute, but important details that my previous attorney missed. Very timely with meeting deadlines. Keeps me well informed. Has explained my chance...s of being successful in winning my case. Has not given me false hopes as previous attorneys. Is kind, understanding, compassionate, and honest. Scott quoted me a fee from beginning to end. My other attorney charged by the minute; for every stamp, sheet of paper, fax, phone call. I never knew how much I would have to eventually pay. I was afraid to even ask questions because I knew every word would cost. Scott and Jolynn encourage me to call and ask questions. Is not afraid to negotiate with the opposing attorneys. His presentation in court is commanding and eloquent.
