Unfortunately, most matters that I handle begin or end up in litigation and many of those cases go to trial. I am pleased to say that I do have a good trial record on the hundred plus cases that I have taken to bench trial, jury trial or arbitration and my clients are never disappointed, when they've given me a good case to work with.

My practice areas have varied over the years, but include commercial/consumer trials/arbitrations over money debts, foreclosure on mechanics liens, collection on judgments/awards, all aspects of family law and child support collection, traffic, misdemeanor and felony defense, consumer bankruptcies, contracts and credit repair. This is not at all an exhaustive list of the types of cases I handle.
