Jonathan Grant Chance

I initially reached out to Mr. Chance to see if he would be interested in representing me on a non compete covenant as I was about to leave my employer to seek similar work in my field. This grew into me needing representation on a wage and hour dispute with additional protection against a countersui...t involving an intellectual property claim over software design. Mr. Chance absolutely represented me in spectacular fashion! I have had to hire attorneys in the past and I can say, without a doubt, this was the first time an attorney really understood my needs. He was very responsive to my questions. In many cases his responses would lead to me further realizing evidence that would fortify our position. Needing an attorney is an emotional rollercoaster and it moves you to make rash decisions but he brought me to reality on many occasions with good reasoning and explanations on how it could actually derail the case.
