Jonathan Grant Chance

Jonathan Chance was given to me as a public defender for my federal case. Without Jonathan Chance as my lawyer I don’t know if I would’ve got as good of a deal as I did. He made me feel welcomed during the long period of time my case went on and helped me every step of the way for almost three full y...ears. I really think if I had a different attorney, one who didn’t care to help as much as Mr. Chance did, then I would’ve been sentenced to prison instead of probation. While on pre trial release I messed up and quit contacting my probation officer which lead to me going back into custody and Jonathan helped me get back out, and then helped me settle a deal with the government for a lower end sentence of the sentencing guidelines and even got me three years probation instead of a 30 month sentence in prison which I am extremely grateful for. Overall a great attorney and I highly recommend him for the job, he has a great reputation in Indiana.
