I strongly recommend Guy Haskell. He explains. He is responsive. He acts with urgency. He is great at what he does. He may not be able to promise an outcome, but you can be sure he will do the best one can for you.
Guy represented me in filing an expungement petition related to an Operating While Intoxicated conviction five years ago. After talking to him on the phone, I felt confident that I was in good hands. He filed my petition within two days and 39 days later I received a court order granting my petition to seal records. Along the way he kept me up to date on status.
I am very grateful that I found him to represent me.

In 2015, our 18 year old son was charged with two illegal consumption (IC) of alcohol in Monroe County, IN. As parents, we had never dealt with this type of issue before and didn't know who could help our son deal with the legal ramification of such an incident.
We had a family friend who was lawyer but didn't deal with the criminal aspects. He suggested that we contact Mr. Guy Haskell to assist in the matter. After contact Mr. Haskell, he meet with our family and discuss the process with our son. His knowledge and guidance during the next several months was critical to help getting our son back on the right path. Mr. Haskell even suggested an excellent counselor to work with our son and underlining cause of our son's behavior, the loss of a close friend a few month earlier.
After meeting all of the legal requirements per the court's mandate, Mr. Haskell submitted and successfully obtain an expungement of the charges.
Although we hope to never have to use Mr. Haskell services again, we would recommend him to others as a professional and competent solicitor.

I had never been in any legal trouble before, so when this slip up occurred, I consulted with almost every lawyer in town and landed on Guy. From the first phone call I knew he was the one I needed. He is very easy going but also very straightforward about what needs to get done. When a task is at hand, he gets it done. He laid it all out to me from the get-go about what I needed to do and what he was going to do to get my case dismissed. He was very confident in his abilities to get my case dropped to a lighter charge, but he went above and beyond and got it dismissed. He works in a timely manner and he cares so much about his clients. For all the work that he does and for how much it changes the path of your future, the pay is affordable and worth every single penny. It really changes your life. Thanks to him I will be able to stay in school and make a life for myself. I really honestly don't know how I could ever thank him.
