In February, 1988, Mr. McCall took and passed the Indiana Bar Exam prior to graduating from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law. After graduation from law school Mr. McCall passed the Kentucky Bar Examination and in October 1988, opened a private practice in Louisville, Kentucky. Shortly into his private practice career, Mr. McCall was offered a position with the Clark County, Indiana Prosecuting Attorney as a Deputy Prosecutor, responsible for child support enforcment/collections and juvenile delinquency. During Mr. McCall's 11 month career as a Deputy Prosecutor he won all of cases he prosecuted to trial. In late 1989, Mr. McCall was hired as the Town of Selllersburg Municipal Attorney, shortly thereafter, Mr. McCall was appointed as a part-time Clark County Public Defender. In addition, Mr. McCall was selected as legal counsel for the Clark County Division of Family and Children. Mr. McCall also maintaied a limited private practice concerntrating in personal injury. Mr. McCall has extensive experience in criminal law and he has successfully taken a substanital number of criminal cases to jury trial. He has written and successfully argued several appeals on both criminal and civil matters. Mr. McCall has defended several high profile criminal cases in Southern Indiana in his 28 years of practice. Mr. McCall is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern and Sourthern Districts of Indiana, the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky and the Sixth Circuit United States Court of Appeals.
Mr. McCall has represented thousands of individuals charged with criminal offenses in Indiana and Kentucky. In addition, Mr. McCall represents Pinnacle Properties Companies LLC, SSK Communties, LLC., and Abstract & Title Co., Inc.

I hired Mr. McCall to represent me to get a charge off my record that I had no idea existed. Somehow at the age of 19 I was charged and convicted of Trespass in Scott County (for sitting in Taco Bell parking lot). Mr. McCall was able to quickly get my record expunged. He's a great attorney that works...
