Back in approximately 2011 my father hired Mr. Harry Foster to help with my divorce proceedings. My first attorney that I hired did nothing to help and I was left with nothing after paying him for no results. My father was very gung-ho about Mr. Foster. Probably because they were both vets and had...

I had Harry Foster represent me. He did an awful job at something that should’ve been so simple. He didn’t even present evidence I had gathered for him causing me to lose my case.

I found Harry to be big talker. When we finally went to court for a Protective Order hearing he left out pertinent evidence and did not submit it to the judge. He hesitated at everything and even before going in we talked about the case. When we stepped into the court room he obviously forgot what we...

He is ...

“I was representing a client in a contested divorce. Half way through the process, criminal charges were brought against my client for sexually abusing his daughter. My client's Mother thought I should have been able to prevent the criminal charges from being filed, and from them being served the way they were. She demanded a full refund of all the attorney fees, and I refused. She filed a grievance, and I had to refund a portion of what had been paid. He lost custody and went to prison.”
