Harry Wetherill Foster III

Back in approximately 2011 my father hired Mr. Harry Foster to help with my divorce proceedings. My first attorney that I hired did nothing to help and I was left with nothing after paying him for no results. My father was very gung-ho about Mr. Foster. Probably because they were both vets and had... a lot in common. I spoke with Mrs. Foster once or twice. She pushed hard to go court with my ex-wife. She was very unpleasant to deal with. I didn't want to go through those proceedings but still needed help with other issues. After I meet Mr. Foster I liked him. Even though at times he seemed a little "over the top." He seemed like a stand-up guy. Before my father became terminally ill he sent Mr. Harry Foster a retainer to help me. In that time I visited Harry once regarding a matter I needed help with. A visit that took 30 minutes. He wrote a letter to my ex-wife's attorney. That was the extent of the work he did with my father's retainer. After that, I had no need for his service. Months went by before I needed his assistance again. During this time my father was diagnosed with terminal cancer. When I called Harry and requested his help he inquired about payment. I told him he still has my father's "retainer" money. Harry Foster then told me, "That's gone already." Impossible! My mother then called Harry at a later date. He told my mother he'd get an accounting of where the money went. That was about 12 years ago. Harry, we're still waiting for the accounting of how our retainer was spent. What bothers me most is that my dad really liked Harry. He even sent him some clippings from newspapers that my dad thought Harry would enjoy. This is why people hate lawyers. Harry Foster took advantage of my father. Anytime Harry would like to send us the accounting of where my father's retainer went, we'd be happy to see it. Shame on you Harry.

I found Harry to be big talker. When we finally went to court for a Protective Order hearing he left out pertinent evidence and did not submit it to the judge. He hesitated at everything and even before going in we talked about the case. When we stepped into the court room he obviously forgot what we... just talked about in the hallway. Harry rushing to get out of there left my case with some doubt which could’ve easily been figured out had he presented the evidence. For someone supposedly practicing law for over 30 years not knowing the law about CPS should not represent Anyone in family court. It was pathetic.

If you want someone who knows his way around the courtroom and will put the opposing party in their place, which will leave them completely and totally caught off guard by Harry's approach therefore leaving the opposing party left stumbling over their words/back stepping and getting caught in their o...wn lies on the stand....then Harry's your guy for representation!! Harry represented me a couple of times for the same High-conflict case involving my uoung child at the time. You tell him what you would like to see happen, he tells you how it's going to be so to speak. You work together to bring necessary specifics to light, he is thorough and doesn't back down and has his client's best interest at heart in the court room. He provides after hours communications if urgent matters arise!

Words cannot express how deeply appreciative I am for the services of Mr. Harry Foster. He took my case without hesitation and even though my ex wife went as dirty as you can get, Harry not only defended me from her garbage, but through his brilliant work, I have sole custody of my children. He is ...a sharp attorney and any father who is being railroaded by his ex-wife would benefit immensely from having Harry represent him in court!
