I've been practicing law in Indiana since 1990. At Foster Law Office we are dedicated to satisfying our clients concerns through the most stressful situations. On a personal note, I have been married for over 25 years and have two sons. I graduated from Glendale University College of Law, Glendale, California in1980, played college football at Michigan State University, played minor league baseball, graduated from Engineer Officer Candidate School and served a year in Viet Nam as the company commander of a combat engineer company, and was a member of the Screen Actors Guild in Los Angeles. “I was representing a client in a contested divorce. Half way through the process, criminal charges were brought against my client for sexually abusing his daughter. My client's Mother thought I should have been able to prevent the criminal charges from being filed, and from them being served the way they were. She demanded a full refund of all the attorney fees, and I refused. She filed a grievance, and I had to refund a portion of what had been paid. He lost custody and went to prison.”
