Parker Laurin Moss

Helped to help with a judgment collection and failed on every level. Didn't know how to conduct a proper supplemental hearing and failed to ask a single question or impeach the debtor on how what his income was and how he supported himself. Debtor cried a few crocodile tears the Moss folded like a ch...eap suit. Worst attorney I ever had and shouldn't be in the debt collection business. All of the reviews on him are fake or family.

Aug. 3 of 2016 is date that will haunt me forever. I was hit by a driver who's insurance was not valid. However, the owner of the vehicle did have valid insurance. My truck was a total loss and I was out of commission for three months. Medical bills were coming in, I was unable to work, their ins...urance company was calling me refusing to pay medical bills unless I would settle and sign off. I was still under doctors care. My father-in-law gave me Mr. Moss phone number and advised me to call him. I spoke with Parker on the phone, he send me papers, I filled them out and returned them to him. At that point he contact the insurance company and their harassing phone calls stopped. After I was done receiving treatment and returned to work then Mr. Moss settled with the insurance company. He let me know my options and the offer before settling. It was a fair settlement and at that point he took his fees out of settlement. I pray I am never in that position again but if I am I will contact Mr. Moss immediately and save myself a lot of stress.

Mr. Moss is representing me on an injury case where I was in an accident and he has been very dedicated and worked with me in a very professional way and I am very pleased so far with the outcome of my case . He is very thorough on details and I like that because that means that he is there for me... to represent me he is not worried about a time frame as long as it takes To settle my case is how long it will take. I trust him completely and it's really hard to find a lawyer you can trust that will be honest with you no matter what I would recommend Mr. Moss to anybody who wants an injury lawyer who is thorough who is dedicated and who is fair and honest because that's what Parker Moss Is with me and I've never been in this situation before and I'm very thankful I have him on my side
