Parker Laurin Moss

Aug. 3 of 2016 is date that will haunt me forever. I was hit by a driver who's insurance was not valid. However, the owner of the vehicle did have valid insurance. My truck was a total loss and I was out of commission for three months. Medical bills were coming in, I was unable to work, their ins...urance company was calling me refusing to pay medical bills unless I would settle and sign off. I was still under doctors care. My father-in-law gave me Mr. Moss phone number and advised me to call him. I spoke with Parker on the phone, he send me papers, I filled them out and returned them to him. At that point he contact the insurance company and their harassing phone calls stopped. After I was done receiving treatment and returned to work then Mr. Moss settled with the insurance company. He let me know my options and the offer before settling. It was a fair settlement and at that point he took his fees out of settlement. I pray I am never in that position again but if I am I will contact Mr. Moss immediately and save myself a lot of stress.
