Askov Estate Planning is a unique solo law firm that focuses on Estate Planning through Wills and Trusts, Probate, Spousal Property Petitions, and other post-death Administration. Founded in 2018 by Attorney Agie Askov following the birth of her first child, this firm aims to offer prompt communication, empathy, and quality legal work.
We understand that planning for death is a daunting process, and aim to lighten the mood through humor, empathy, and making legalise understandable to the clients. The loss of a loved one is an even more difficult process, where sensitivity and patience is key to assisting the client through the legal steps.
Askov Estate Planning offers free virtual consultations to provide education on California estate law and discuss your needs. The practice is mobile and in-person appointments are generally held at the client's home or their preferred location. We find that this helps make the process more convenient and less scary.

Thorough and helpful
