Evan worked with me at Western State College of Law's Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program - a program preparing free tax preparation for those with low-to-moderate incomes - for several years. He was extremely enthusiastic about helping, very interested in the law, and a hard worker. Evan went on to receive his Master of Laws in Taxation from Chapman University where I understand he excelled. Evan is a highly-motivated, hard-working, and devoted individual and a great attorney. It is for these reasons that I endorse Evan.
