I found Randal Klezmer to be a Godsent , My former employer tried to stick Me with the medical bill for a work related injury , Mr klezmer got the job done , won the case . To top it off it was not some big profile case with a big payout , Randal looks after the little guys here when no one else care...s . I had an attorney before Randy for about 6 or so months. Nothing got the process going. I got lucky and that guy left his practice or something like that and he told me about Randy. Within a week of retaining Randy, I had an IME scheduled. My other atty. didn't even get that rolling. Anytime I had an...y questions, Randy, or his staff had no problem answering any of my questions. They made sure I knew when my appts. were, they called me the day of surgery and wished me good luck, and they made sure that I received my TTD as soon as it was available. The opposing counsel on my case was very slow at responding to anything and Randy's staff was very patient w/me because I would call literally every day nd ask questions. I'm telling you, I think Randy is BY FAR the best work comp attorney in Indiana. He has, what I think, the most remarkable and knowledgeable staff around. I would of been lost without them. They NEVER made me feel like I called too much or make me feel like I was bothering them. I just can't say enough about Randy and his staff. The only reason I put a good on responsive is because defense counsel wouldn't return emails or phone calls in a timely manner, which caused me to panic because there were no answers that were able to be given to me. The last thing I have to say is, I can't thank Randy and his staff enough. I don't know where I'd be or what condition I'd be in if it were not for them. Once again though, I can't thank the people behind the scenes enough. Jennifer, Amy, Janelle were life savers for me, as far as keeping me calm during the whole process and ALWAYS letting me know when anything happened. Lastly, the secretary/administrative assistant was also one of the nicest people I've ever met. I called so much that she recognized it was me when I called and always directed me to the appropriate party. That's my review of Randy Klezmer and his staff. If you get hurt on the job, he is absolutely the best person to call, I mean, he LITERALLY wrote th book on Indiana Workers Comp laws. I just can't stress enough that, in my opinion ( and I'm sure a lot of others) there isn't a better Attorney in Indiana, PERIOD.

Mr. Klezmer and his office personnel have been wonderful. I was injured at work in June 2013. Every step of the way, I have been kept well informed. They have always been willing to answer any questions i have had. Any trouble I have had getting WC to approve appointments were quickly resolved by Mr.... Klezmer and his team. I am now recently post op for 3 weeks following bilateral SI joint fusion due to my back injury. I know I can remain fully confident that I will continue to receive the best representation from Klezmer & Maudlin through the next level of my case. I highly recommend anyone dealing with a workers comp case to get in touch with this office. You are more than just a number. They treat you with the respect you deserve.
