I never met this lawyer . Had one phone conversation regarding my work injury. he sent me paperwork to fill out, took my case. Then everytime I had a question his paralegal did all of the talking for him. When I asked in a firm voice to speak to him, the paralegal refused, and said that I have to wait and see how he wants to handle the case. I found it to be strange not to talk to your attorney.

Relationship: Worked together on matter
I’ve known Steve Wagner for approximately 20 years. Steve formally worked as a defense attorney and has learned through his years as a defense attorney and now a Plaintiffs’ attorney how to effectively represent injured workers. Steve has an excellent reputation, is smart, an excellent writer, well prepared, and I would highly recommend him for your case.
