The universe is lining up for you!

Nausea and fear had taken over! I have never needed legal counseling before in my life! As I combed the Internet in search of somebody that could help one named continually popped up... Lorie brown! As I read the profile I noticed she is the mother of three. So am I! She is an attorney. She is a nurs...e. Based on the fact that she is the mother of three I decided to call her over other nursing attorneys. Lucky I'm that shallow! What I heard on the other end of the phone was a confident, intelligent, capable nursing attorney that had knowledge like no other. In the short conversation we had on the phone I learned I had a few options. Options? Are you sure? I did not know I had options. Within a few days I had an appointment to meet with Lorie at her home office. I walked in and presented Lorie with everything I had. Lorie said "ok, no problem!" I looked around her office as we spoke and saw that she is a huge Beatles fan and had an inspirational quote just over the desk where we were talking. As I read (and reread) the quote my confidence started coming back. My husband sat next to me and kept elbowing me as Lorie spoke as if to say "see, it's going to be fine." I walked into Lorie's office with fear and trepidation. I walked out with confidence and relief. My struggles with a previous employer and subsequently State Board of Nursing was not easy! But, it was manageable thanks to Brown Law. Lorie has an amazing support staff that kept me informed of all changes. This situation affected my life and the lives of my family! Lorie was there for me the entire way. It is my hope that you will see this review and decide to have Lorie represent you! The universe is lining up for you!

I was a client of Lori Brown. She represented me with state nursing board. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. I felt confident and comfortable with her representation.

It can happen

A nurses nightmare, a discrepancy with a narcotic count and it was happening to me. I can not tell you exactly how I ended up finding Lorie, but I know without a doubt that without her services, I do not think my situation would of had a positive ending. The initial phone call Lorie prepared me for... what potentially could happen with my license and she had an action plan for me to start on immediately. What I appreciated more than anything was straightforward, solid information she gave me. Prepare for the worst and hope for the best! I needed that, this was my nursing license that I had worked on for 23 years, supported my 2 children with and was a huge part of who I am. Lorie understood that, I could feel how genuine she was in dealing with this type of situation. Lorie not only provided me with an action plan, she went out of her way to keep me updated on any changes in the case. She would return phone calls within hours, answer questions that crept up and reassured me all the way to keep moving forward no matter what the outcome. Every week that when by, I became more thankful for Lorie services. I had no idea what facing the nursing board entailed, whether you are right or wrong. You need to know what you are facing and it is crucial that you have representation to protect your nursing license. Lorie has a strong legal background, but bringing her nursing and legal experience together is what make her worth every dime. Without a doubt, I can tell you that she is genuine in her work. I will share that my situation had a positive ending. What I want you to know, that even if I would of had a different outcome (which for a while it was not looking good), I would of been able to hold my head up high and move forward with my nursing career because of Lorie. If you find yourself in a situation dealing with your nursing license, DO NOT HESITATE to hire Lorie Brown to represent you. It will make all the difference in the world. In the end, Lorie not only help me retain my nursing license, she help me become more proactive in protecting my nursing practice and sharing that with others. take advantage of her nursing blog, full of valuable information for all nurses!!!!

RN

I originally was referred to another attorney, who, while practiced employment law, did not practice medical employment law. Thank goodness that they listened to my story, and referred me to Lorie Brown. I was very impressed that Lorie was a practicing nurse before she went to law school. Lorie knew... what I was going through, and had the background to give me guidance and support throughout the entire process. She was genuine, caring, empathetic, sympathetic, knowledgeable, and gave me valuable advice! I would highly recommend her as your attorney!!

Excellent Lawyer

Lorie was an excellent nursing representative for me. She always responded quickly and professionally with any questions I had. Through the process of my case she was able to walk me through what was going to happen and get me prepared with my responses. She was very knowledgeable about the nursing... board proceedings so I knew what to expect without any surprises. I was very lucky to have found Lorie and would recommend her to anyone going in front of the Board of Nursing.
