Caress Law Group is a different kind of law firm. We are a small and passionate law group, and we are absolutely dedicated to helping our clients achieve the fair and right result for their case. No case is too big or too small for us – rather, we take cases where we believe we can help and where we can make a difference in the lives of our clients.

When we accept a case, we expect to win. That’s not meant in any way to be arrogant; rather, we accept a case only after reviewing and evaluating it and determining that our client is fairly entitled to recover, and we are almost never wrong in our assessment. Once we accept a case, we work tirelessly to achieve the fair result because we simply believe it’s the right thing to do.

Many of our clients are the underdog – pure and simple. They are up against the establishment of big business, big insurance companies, and the wealthy and powerful. For us, there is nothing more noble, more pure than to help the underdog – the underdog who is in the right and who is deserving – achieve a fair result against the wealthy and powerful establishment.
