Biography
David W. Craig is a nationally recognized truck accident personal injury attorney. He is a frequent speaker, best selling author and the host of a top 10 ranked personal injury podcast.
David is one of the founders and is the managing partner of the personal injury law firm Craig Kelley & Faultless, which is headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana. They have other Indiana offices and one located in St Louis, Missouri. They have lawyers licensed and they handle truck wreck cases in Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, Illinois, Missouri and Iowa.
Throughout his career, David has handled cases against trucking and other commercial motor vehicle companies. He has handled these cases in Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Missouri, Kansas, Georgia, Florida, California and throughout the country. These cases are unique and require specialized knowledge of the trucking industry as well as the federal and state laws that regulate this industry. In addition, lawyers handling these cases must have the financial resources and knowledge to hire the right experts and to properly develop these cases.
David has resolved thousands of injury and death cases. Most cases have settled without the need to go to trial. However, David is an experienced trial lawyer who welcomes the opportunity to go to trial when necessary.. He has handled numerous jury trials over the past 40 plus years and he continues to go to trial. Although past results are important, every case is different. David is Board Certified in Truck Accident Law by the NBTA. He is the author of the best selling books: Semitruck Wreck, A Guide For Victims and Their Families and It Has Never Been Easier To Hire the Wrong Attorney. He is the host of the top 10 personal injury podcast, After the Crash. He has been recognized as one of Indiana and the Nations top trial lawyers. David is on the Board of Regents for the ATAA. He is also a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
