Biography
I am a trial attorney who has devoted the past twenty years of my career to representing injured people, personally negotiating and resolving more than five thousand personal injury cases. I have also participated in jury trials in various Indiana and Ohio courts and have spoken at legal/medical seminars in Indiana and Texas. Raised in southeastern Indiana, I graduated from Emory University and Georgetown University Law School with honors. I was then admitted into the Attorney General's Honors Program, and during my time as a trial lawyer with the Justice Department, I handled cases and trials in federal courts all across the United States. I am listed as a Top 100 Trial Lawyer according to the National Trial Lawyers and a Top 100 Litigator according to the American Society of Legal Advocates. I am admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, the District of Columbia, Indiana, and Ohio. Since 1992, my wife Lisa and I have lived in the Hoosier state.
