Kevin M. Bowen

Kevin Bowen is a Managing Partner at Tate & Bowen LLP where he serves in a variety of practice areas with a focus on Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Criminal Defense, Family Law, and general Civil Litigation matters. In addition, Kevin has been trained to advocate in the best interests of children as a Guardian Ad Litem.

Kevin earned his Bachelor of Science in Public Management with a minor in Environmental Management from Indiana University’s highly regarded School of Public and Environmental Affairs. During his time at Indiana University, Kevin was a member of the Phi Sigma Kappa fraternity and a peer advisor for the university’s Career Development Center.

Kevin earned his Juris Doctorate from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where he served as Executive Secretary of the Environmental Law Society. In addition to this, Kevin served the Indianapolis community as a certified legal intern in the Indiana University Criminal Defense Clinic and competed in the Robert H. Staton Intramural Moot Court Competition. Kevin was also a member of the international legal honor society, Phi Delta Phi, Wilkie Inn Chapter and served as Chairman of the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law section of the American Bar Association’s Client Counseling Competition.

Kevin is an active member of the American Bar Association, Indiana State Bar Association, Indianapolis Bar Association, and Indiana Trial Lawyers Association. Kevin also is an active member of the Indiana State Bar Association Solo-Small Firm Conference Planning Committee and Networking Committee.
