Top Notch
J.T. Did an excellent job negotiating a good price on a home for me. He then drafted a thorough purchase agreement that provided outstanding legal protection for my wife and me. I am sure I will use the services of Funk and Spandau in the future.
Thank you very much. We strive to meet our clients needs, and we sincerely appreciate the feedback.

An Honest Attorney
John Funk reviewed our wills, trusts and power of attorney paperwork. He made some small changes to bring them up-to-date (for example, provisions for online accounts), but he didn't re-do everything. I admire his honesty, and appreciate both his sensitivity and his sense of humor.

My leasing agent told me that because we failed to give our 60 day notice that we are considered "holdovers" now.
