Daniel S. Chamberlain serves on the Board and Past Chair of the Brain Injury Association of America (BIAA) and Brain Injury Association of Indiana (BIAI).  Dan was honored to serve as the 2014-2016 Chair of the BIAA, located in Washington, D.C., and lead its organization and Affiliate Chapters in 30 States, including Indiana and North Carolina, where Dan is fully licensed to practice law.  Dan has also been a corporate sponsor of BIAI.

First I would like to apologize for I am not an articulate writer, but I pray that I can do justice in painting the masterpiece portrait of Mr. Daniel S. Chamberlain (aka Sir Dan). He is more than 5 stars...Sir Dan is a million star+ attorney!! I know people are thinking "An attorney that good, Impossible!". Well...I have had to deal with way too many attorneys/lawyers in my 54yrs of life and NEVER found one that I felt a like or trust for-UNTIL a horrific accident brought Sir Dan into my life. Dan is the man.
Dan is an excellent advocate for my son. When I called Dan he was there within the hour and has been there for my son ever since. His professionalism is without reproach. I don't know what I would have done without Dan's help and support during the whole legal process. When ever i call to talk to Dan he is always there to answer any questions or just give moral support. We could not have found a better lawyer or a lawyer to take the time needed for our case.

Accident on sidewalk in Chicago

Wasted my time failed my case
Mr. Chamberlain worked on my medical malpractice case for more than three years. At the beginning, he claimed he had very good network of medical experts who were especially experienced in the cases like mine, and would be retained to work on my case. He sounded very confident. I provided numerous documents, and my own notes to him over the years. However, I doubt he ever hired any medical experts to study my case. More than two years into the case, when the time is up to file a formal complaint to the state department of insurance, his office sent me the document, which looked like a quick draft with many missing and incorrect things. I had to review and make lots of additions and corrections. He then incorporated my input, edited more, and filed it hastily. I understand my English writing is very poor, but the formal document of complaint was not much better than my writing. A few months later, after received the defendant's submission, Mr. Chamberlain immediately admitted defeat, although all of the defendant's arguments were based on the facts that were included in the documents he had received from me. The defendant retained three medical professionals to write supporting opinions for them (we retained none). The defendant's submission was very well prepared and organized. It's a coordinated work of multiple experts. Dr. Chamberlain told me he would NOT respond to the defendant's submission. I had to spend another painful night to write my response and ask him to submit it for me, knowing that I don't have the knowledge and ability to fight with a group of experts retained by the defendant. After the anticipated opinion of medical review panel was notified him, he told me that he would withdraw his appearance and ask me to sign an agreement to dismiss the case.
