Daniel S. Daniel S. Chamberlain serves on the Board and Past Chair of the Brain Injury Association of America (BIAA) and Brain Injury Association of Indiana (BIAI). Dan was honored to serve as the 2014-2016 Chair of the BIAA, located in Washington, D.C., and lead its organization and Affiliate Chapters in 30 States, including Indiana and North Carolina, where Dan is fully licensed to practice law. Dan has also been a corporate sponsor of BIAI.
Mr. Chamberlain is also very involved in the INDIANA TRIAL LAWYERS ASSOCIATION where he has served as an Officer, Executive Committee member and PRESIDENT OF ITLA IN 2017-18. ITLA is dedicated to "Do the right things, for the right reason to protect everyone ... no exception."

Accident on sidewalk in Chicago
My family was involved in an accident on a Sidewalk in Chicago. My wife sustained serious head trauma. We feel very fortunate to have been put into contact with Dan through a friend of my sons. Dan brought in a fantastic attorney in the Chicago area, and we had a very good outcome.

Tripped over an obstacle
