In regards to challenging an alleged chemical test refusa...l, I was told by Singh it would "not likely to be successful" and was told by Cate “substantially unlikely this will occur” and “I think it is more likely than not you will not be successful”. After I was forced to represent myself when they withdrew their representation since I pointed out they were being unresponsive and ineffective, I was, in fact, able to get the alleged refusal terminated. This proves that their legal advice was flawed, their relationship with the prosecutor is not good, and that I was more successful on my own than I was with very expensive legal counsel. I would not recommend them for your legal defense.
