Joshua Neil Taylor

My review may be coming late, but I needed to leave a review for Mr. Taylor. I had my first DUI and was feeling very lost and scared, but Josh did a fantastic job taking care of each hurdle I was thrown by the lead prosecutor and always kept me informed with all of the courts demands. He helped me tr...emendously when I moved out of state while my case was still pending. He went of his way to take on more than he originally signed on for and made sure my move back to California did not cause me to have to travel back to Indiana for my pretrial hearing. He was also able to get my community service removed even though the prosecutor was not willing to budge on anything. He is not only very knowledgeable but very down-to-Earth and friendly. Josh helped me navigate an extremely difficult legal matter involving an 14 year old misdemeanor case/arrest warrant in Indiana for driving while suspended, which was further complicated by the fact that I now live in New York, and have since 2006. I was sure I was going to have to disrupt my life, ...and fly back to Indiana to deal with the matter, which could have involved jail time. However, Josh was able to appear for me in court, consult with the prosecutor, and get the charge reduced to a traffic infraction, which also got the arrest warrant recalled, without me having to be there in person! It really could not have gone any better. Josh was great to deal with, and explained every part of the process thoroughly and clearly. I am extremely satisfied and would absolutely recommend him without hesitation.

Joshua Taylor did a great job for our family, defending our son for a DUI, involving questionable actions by the police. The charges were significant, and way beyond warranted considering the circumstances. Mr. Taylor did a wonderful job representing us and getting the charges dropped or dramaticall...y reduced. Mr. Taylor was also readily accessible and more than willing to answer questions, and clarify the legal process.
