Professional, knowledgeable with integrity!
I was amazed at his knowledge of elder care law, guardianships, etc. If he handled other areas of law, he would get ALL of my business. I cannot say enough about Craig Martin and his office. Great folks!

Grand Slam!
Our family was recently faced with helping our mother bridge over from Medicare to Medicaid. I would have never imagined the process to be as challenging as it became and now that it is behind us could not imagine how we would have made it through it alone. The first day we met Craig, he had stacks of Client folders for the same process, which in hindsight was a blessing as in working through so many different family's issues, he definitely had built a broad working knowledge of various approaches to which was a value to adapt the approach he suggested for our particular situation. As a family, we might get one or two shots at making this happen. We are forever grateful that he was in our corner to help us make this happen. Kudos Craig!

We got in touch with Craig Martin who led us through the entire process. He and his Secretary honestly went above and beyond to help us through every obstacle. They were in constant contact with us answering questions and giving us the support we needed. I highly recommend Craig. Martin . Guardianship
Craig Martin is an incredibly compassionate, well spoken, and knowledgeable attorney. I went to him to handle a guardianship case, and he has been very sympathetic to our needs and has supported us every single step of the way. He realizes that we are just ordinary people that need help in order to help someone else. I don't regret my decision to hire him at all, and I don't think that you will either.

Elder Care Law
If you are in need of an elder care attorney - give this place a call. Craig Martin helped me and my family greatly. As my Mother was being treated at the hospital, I started my discussions with Craig to get my mother qualified on Medicaid, as I knew she was headed to a long term care facility. He helped me navigate keeping my mother's home, conducted onsite interviews with the medicaid office, and was responsive by email. If you need an elder care attorney or are unsure if you need one, give Craig a call. If you have no assets whatsoever, go ahead and perhaps receive free help from the nursing home. If you have anything more than that, you need to talk to an elder care attorney. Medicaid is difficult to navigate and he will create a plan. Mistakes in planning for Medicaid can be costly...and the long term care facility will be looking for the family to pay out of pocket. Don't hesitate to give Craig Martin a call.
