I have 20 plus years of experience in personal injury litigation and trial work. I represent adults and children who have suffered serious injuries caused by car, truck, motorcycle, and bicycle collisions, stair and railing collapse, explosions, slip and falls, and other dangerous conditions caused by the negligence of someone else. I have represented individuals suffering from serious injuries to the brain and body including but not limited to brain injuries, neck and spinal injuries, eye injuries, burn injuries, and serious injuries of the limbs and extremities including paralysis and permanent nerve damage.

If necessary, I retain the proper experts to establish liability of responsible parties and to determine the extent of your physical impairment.

Success when dealing with an insurance company that does not want to deal in good fath.
