I'm not one to do reviews, but I just had to take time out to tell everyone about this office. I had spoken with Kara the paralegal about my situation and my court hearing in a week, which isn't enough notice to get much done. She went above and beyond to make sure we were able to proceed and fit me into their schedule. She listened to everything I said and gave me so much hope. She made me feel like my past didn't matter, it only molded me into the great mother I've become. Her drive gave me the motivation I needed to turn things around and get the help I have been seeking. In a short amount of time, she did the most . Mr whitehead also made me comfortable knowing that we've got this! Such amazing people! I will forever turn to this office in time of need. Many thanks to Kara who helped facilitated the termination of child support for me. I lost a lot of sleep worrying about daughter. As a result, I paid child support much longer than I probably should have, since my daughter was 24 years old, with mental disabilities. I paid for the birth of two grandchildren, while my daughter was in and out of my ex wife's home. When my daughter got married, my ex-wife wanted me to continue child support to help my daughter and new husband. But I found out that she was not receiving benefits of my payments. Thanks to Daniel Whitehead and especially Kara, this sensitive issue has been resolved.

what can I say about Daniel Whitehead. Very surprising. From Michigan had to go to Indiana for child custody with my son. The day I met Daniel was on a Friday midday. We were looking for a lawyer. He just happened to be in his office. Showed up and regular playing close wasn't supposed to be there. But he seen us anyways. And agreed to help us. Mr. Whitehead did a magnificent job helping my cousin get his license back in which we thought would be an impossible job being that he had a lifetime suspension...But whitehead got'er done

Mr. Daniel K. Whitehead is a man of integrity who not only aggressively defends his clients with great passion, but also with empathy. He takes each case personally and maintains relationships with his clients long after the case is resolved. My wife and I are very close friends with a married couple that were about to unjustly be separated for a possible 4 1/2 years as the husband was facing this amount of incarceration time (a level 6 felony and class A misdemeanor). The night of the incident, several teenagers who were on drugs and plotting to kill the husband and wife with rat poison for insurance money. When the husband intervened and threatened to call the police, the teenagers devised a plan of their own. They managed to devise a convincing story to accuse the husband of battering his wife. They matched up their stories, called the police, an arrest was made and charges filed. As such, the husband was forbidden to contact his wife until the trial was over (which could have 6 months or more). It seems as though Mr. Whitehead felt passionate about this case as he could personally relate to wrongful way this couple had been treated by the legal system . As a result, Mr. Whitehead was able to enlighten the prosecutor into realizing the full story and situation (what REALY happened and why). Mr. Whitehead resolved the case three months before the trial was scheduled to take place. The husband was able to avoid a highly publicized and expensive trial and was able to go back home to his wife, who was very distraught over the situation. He served no jail time and the level 6 felony was dismissed. If you want someone to represent you who treats each case like it is his own freedom on the line. I strongly recommend Mr. Daniel K. Whitehead.

I was very impressed with Mr. Whitehead on our initial consultation and hired his firm immediately. I found the the entire firm to be compassionate and caring. Being a disabled veteran , this was the best choice of representation I could of possibly made. They were not only compassionate to my fears but to my financial limitations as well. There charge was far less than I had anticipated and they allowed me to make payments. At my pre-trial Mr. Allan Miller represented me and he was outstanding.
