Attorney that's a man

what can I say about Daniel Whitehead. Very surprising. From Michigan had to go to Indiana for child custody with my son. The day I met Daniel was on a Friday midday. We were looking for a lawyer. He just happened to be in his office. Showed up and regular playing close wasn't supposed to be there. ...But he seen us anyways. And agreed to help us. He also does DUIs family law and personal injuries. A decent and respectable man. Wish it was more than five stars

The ONLY attorney to hire!!!!!!!!!!

Dan Whitehead represented me in my divorce and did an absolutely wonderful job, I could not have asked for more. He explained exactly what was going to happen, he lead me down the right path and coached me when I started getting frustrated and didn’t know what to do. He is a great attorney and person..., throughout my case he also became a great friend. He took an absolute personal interest in my case and the well-being of myself and my children. His staff is so kind and helpful that every time I had a question, I didn’t hesitate to call, they made me feel at ease. Dan is very caring, confident, and knowledgeable and he will not drag out your case to try to make more money, he wants it over because he knows that’s what you want. He is moral almost to a fault, (I did say almost) and if he takes your case on, you are in great hands. If he says that he believes he can help you, he means that 100% and he will do everything to make sure he does. He is very down to earth, and talks to you in a way that you can understand instead of trying to confuse you. He will sit down and talk with you to obtain all pertinent information in your case as well as get a feel for your personality before he decides if he is going to take your case, most attorneys call this a free consultation, he makes it feel more like a conversation between 2 old friends, your comfort and confidence is very important to him. He was very sensitive to my financial situation; he understood what I was going through and allowed me to set up a reasonable down payment and payment arrangements. No other attorney can do what he is capable of and they certainly wouldn’t take on a complex case at such reasonable rates with a payment arrangement. He has built a good rapport with the people in the court system. His reputation is very solid and he is very well known. He has gone above and beyond in every aspect of my case and from what I have heard from everyone that I have talked to,’ this is just Dan’. My case is over and he has personally called me to make sure everything is okay, just to check up on me and my children. I wouldn’t recommend ANY attorney other than Dan Whitehead.

number one attorney in Anderson

Mr. Whitehead is a very caring confident and knowledgeable attorney he takes interest in every one of his clients. If he says he thinks he can help you out. he means that 100%. I hired Mr. Whitehead I was facing 10 years for substance abuse. I don't know how he did it but he got me one year in house ...arrest. Mr. Whitehead is not a lawyer that drags his cases out. He gets down to business and gets the job done. if you want a job done quick and fast I recommend you call Daniel K Whitehead.

CUSTODY/PATERNITY/BACK SUPPORT

******PLEASE READ****** My name is Brian H. I live in Carmel, In. My Fiancé had a VERY serious issue with her 3 year old daughters father. Even though its clear he loves his daughter he was not a complete parent. I have been with her for 18 months and he has never paid support, medical bills, bought ...cloths, food, anything. There was, like always, a hard communication issue. To say the least, we could never agree on anything supportive or productive, however we still continued to allow him visitation, even though he never financially supported his daughter when she was not visiting him. Finally we approached him and made clear what we felt was his responsibilities as a father, we took the time to download and give him copies of The Indiana Parenting time Guidelines, the Financial worksheet for child support, and all supporting doccumentation that showed him what the outcome would be if we proceeded legally. We tried for 6 months without filing with the court. However, and haha, when we finally drew the line and said we would have to, he turned around and filed for full custody of his daughter citing her mom being unfit. NOW MIND YOU this is a MOTHER who not only carried her daughter for 9 months but has also taken the best care and provided absolutley everything any child could ever want or need since birth but now has to DEFEND herself in open court to the state of Indiana. SO Thats when I started my research, SO YOU DONT HAVE TO! Daniel Whitehead was by far the best choice. I am blessed to have a six figure income and we could afford to retain any attorney we felt would give us the best support we would need in such a trying emotional time. From the beginning they made us feel comfortable and important. Let me say this, I have used 10 plus attorneys in my time in business and she is as good a chief of staff as there is around, period! (this is more important than most people realize) There are a few key points you need to look for when hiring an attorney. Here are a couple, find a local attorney who knows the system, the LAW, and the judge. YES I said the Judge. During my research I found out that Daniel has practiced in the same system for 16 plus years, has never had a judicial reprimand and after meeting him has the best "Im gonna kick their butt attitude" I think any attorney has had. Daniel can come off very confident, not cocky but confident almost to a scary point. I didn't "get" it until about our 3rd meeting and I consider myself an above average intelligent person. HE JUST KNOWS WHAT HE'S DOING!!!!!! Listen to me or you WILL BE SORRY, for the money he's not inexpensive but he was as competitive as anyone, you will NEVER find another attorney that is more passionate, educated, experienced, no B/S guy you will find practicing law in Madison county. Everyone has an opinion, but always use common sense when reading reviews. DO your homework I did and I can tell you with 100% certinty IF YOU DONT HAVE HIM REPRESENTING YOU, you are at a severe disadvantage and you are taking your future in your own hands. Further, I will just leave you with this, If you have only one decision to make that needs to be the right one, pick the best lawyer that gives you the best chance. If anyone believes that having the best attorney doesn't matter, they are probably sitting in JAIL or they lost their kid. DONT BE STUPID.

Great Law Firm

Dan Whitehead has been my attorney for several matters beginning with an accident claim shortly after he started his practice, and currently he is handling some family matters. He has always been knowledgeable and reasonable, and works hard to achieve the best possible outcome for his clients. The ...people on his staff are professional and courteous, and will provide timely updates as the case may warrant. I highly recommend him for your legal needs.
