Paul is an incredible lawyer. His communication was always timely and he did a great job of preparing me on what to expect. He was very clear about what he needed to do the best job for me and gave clear timelines. He made an uncomfortable situation much more easy to handle and helped keep me calm.
Paul has an outstanding knowledge of the law and always knew what to recommend for my case.
All in all, I highly recommend him!

Mr. Spaeth was very respectful and non-judgmental during the stressful time of having to file bankruptcy. He was efficient and got down to the needed details without being over whelming. My failed business venture took be down a complicated path of back taxes and liens which were organized and addresses effectively by him and his staff in a timely manner. After the bankruptcy was filed he was always available for additional questions and concerns.

Paul is an excellent bankruptcy attorney. His approach is thorough and practical and his judgement is respected by the entire bar, both creditors and debtors. He is a true professional in every sense of the word. I recommend him without reservation.
