Charles William Morrison

I recently had the experience of being a witness at a jury trial where Bill was the prosecuting attorney. I was a witness for the defence. Bill of course did what was necessary as a prosecutor and suggested that he bring in a detective to refute my testimony as untruthful. I only wish that the defend...ant in this case could have been fortunate enough to have an attorney the same caliber as Bill. He did a fabulous job and the results were in the favor of the state. Bill is an excellent trial attorney and if you ever find yourself in a bind and refuse to take a plea because you adamantly maintain your innocence, I believe Bill would be the man to dig deep enough to show everyone that you are indeed not guilty of all the charges against you. If I were ever accused of a crime Bill Morrison would be my first choice as an attorney to represent me.

I was very pleased with my recent experience with Atty Charles Morrison. From the first time we met until the final hearing he kept me well informed of every notice he received even before I received it in the mail. He was very detailed on what the Magistrate had to offer at the first hearing and y...et when I chose to not except the offer he was open to give me the facts about how expensive this could be and that it could be a long drawn out process. At the final hearing I learned that as an unmarried mother, who had never known to request full custody of my 10 year old daughter, was being advised that her father could win because he was requesting full custody of her. Defeat started to set in and we started hunting high and low for paperwork that would support the fact that I believed I had full custody prior to that day. We continued after a short recess to fight the case and when dismissed we told each other it's up to the Magistrate to see the best interest of the child. Atty Morrison faught a wonderful case and in the end we won. Praise God! Thank you Atty Morrison for your hard work and dedication to seeing that the best interest of the child shined thru and that there was no credible evidence to prove she needed to be removed from my care. I used this law firm years ago and can say I had the privilege of using them again with great success!
