Biography
I am married to Sara and we have 3 kids, Matthew, Nicholas, and Madison. I enjoy coaching their activites as well as watching them. We attend Koinous Church in Troy, Ohio and love giving back to those in need.
My career allows me to pursue my passion of helping others get out of debt and on a path to a brighter financial future. I have had the pleasure of helping thousands of people achieve their goals. Many tell me that their stress level is reduced significantly after meeting with me and working with me to file bankrutpcy, tax resolution, or otherwise get out of debt.
I wrote the book on bankruptcy. (The Ohio Bankruptcy Guide) and authored many articles including "Bankruptcy is Good for Your Health, Literally") and the book on tax resolution, (The IRS Is After Me: Now What?).
I have the honor of being inducted into the Amercia's Most Trusted Lawyers Hall of Fame and have been featured in their magaizne, tv show, and radio show. I have been published in hundreds of media outlets nationwide including MarketWatch, Fox News, ABC, CBS, NBC, Telemundo, etc.
I have been recognized by many legal organizations including:
