You may hire L Patrick Mulligan initially but he won't be the one handling your case, it will be one of his lackeys who is completely incompetent. I hired this guy in 2014 for a DUI, he appeared once for me briefly. The next few times his lackey started showing up. When I went before the judge the prosecutor told the judge my lawyer was wrong there was no deal. I ended getting no deal and was hit hard for a 1st dui conviction. My daughter who was 13 at the time could have done better. What a joke.

I was offered a plea deal in return for a six month sentence with work release on a misdemeanor charge. Mulligan refused and said we were going to take it to trial. The night before the trial, his assistant called me on the phone and said that we were going to take the plea and I’d probably have ...to do a few weekends in jail. The day of the trial Mulligan was 30 minutes late and the judge was aggravated -I agreed to the plea and was promptly handcuffed and lead away to jail with no work release! -I was better off taking the prosecutor’s offer than hiring Mulligan! -Then I sat in jail for almost a month waiting for Mulligan to secure my work release as the prosecutor originally offered.
